Mr. Longaker is the managing partner of NAI Premier. In addition to assisting his personal clients with their real estate objectives, he assists the company’s real estate agents and property managers in their duties and transactions. Mr. Longaker has personally closed over $250 million dollars in transactions involving land acquisitions, retail tenancy, build-to-suits, owner-user purchases, remodel projects and investment sales. Mr. Longaker is proficient in the commercial development process and has overseen new projects from start to finish for restaurants, office spaces, multi-tenant retail centers, big/mid-box projects, land subdivisions and assemblages. Mr. Longaker is an experienced commercial real estate professional. He has worked in the industry with Utah’s most reputable commercial real estate brokerages since 2001. He co-founded the commercial real estate brokerage, Capital Commercial Real Estate, in 2013; doing business as NAI Premier since 2016. With over 20 years’ experience in the industry, he is known by his clients and associates for his market knowledge, integrity and quality of service. Tom’s personality and experience enables him to quickly establish trust with his clients and offer swift comprehensive guidance in negotiating transactions, sharing market knowledge and providing property/development analysis.
