Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Mr. Bennett had a successful career in the technology sector of San Diego. He developed a multi-million dollar sales backlog working with Fortune 500 companies while moving on to eventually manage North American sales for a European manufacturer. Mr. Bennett’s core focus is to add value to his clients in every aspect of the acquisition and disposition of net leased assets nationwide. He is a co-founder of the Barr & Bennett Net Leased Investment Group, which has completed nearly $2 billion in transactions related to the sale of retail and industrial net leased properties. Barr & Bennett Net Leased Investments Group of Lee & Associates specializes in the acquisition and disposition of single tenant net leased investments (NNN) and retail shopping center investments nationwide.
