COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL REALTOR® I love Real Estate. I practice Residential but I lean heavier on the Commercial side. I am absolutely fascinated and enjoy the many complexities and challenges it brings with the never ending wealth of knowledge and education that comes with it. My educational pursuits and continuing education come in various forms. Miami Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Florida Realtor News, Miami Commercial and CCIM in person and online based content, classes, curriculum, networking and webinars to name a few. Highly disciplined in my own research and studies. Currently working on achieving my CCIM Designation. I invest in myself. I participate in specialty groups and classes that help further expand my education and scope of knowledge. I surround myself and learn from those who know more than I do. I have a great company and support team behind me with decades of experience to guarantee I will never fail. Honesty and transparency build and solidify trust. School is always in session. Continuing Education is key. Courtesy. I believe in communication. I will always return your call, text or email in a timely manner to ensure constant communication. I will always make myself available. I do not let holidays, special events, birthdays, anniversaries or most anything get in the way of communicating with me or doing business. Time is never an issue, call as late as you want or need to.
