Nick Sarris is an associate at Anchor Point Capital, Inc., specializing in the disposition and acquisition of Single-Tenant NNN Retail Assets and traditional shopping centers nationwide. Nicholas began his Real Estate career in the residential sector, focusing on the acquisition and disposition of Single-Family Residences in Orange County, CA. Prior to joining Anchor Point Capital, Mr. Sarris worked as an Associate at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in Retail Investment Sales. Mr. Sarris graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree. During his time in Tucson, AZ, Nick was selected as a Co-Captain for the University of Arizona Rugby team, finishing Second in the Nation. After college, Mr. Sarris was a general partner of a prominent valet business based in Laguna Beach, CA, where he assisted in the tremendous growth of the company. Nick contributed in creating the JSerra Catholic HS Rugby program, where he currently serves as the Head Coach. In 2020, Coach Sarris won Southern California HS Rugby Coach of the Year, where his team finished in First Place in the Southern California HS Rugby Sevens Division. In his free time, Mr. Sarris enjoys playing Rugby Sevens, Sailing, Fishing, Body Surfing, Hiking, and Coaching. He enjoys giving back to the community, most recently assisting special needs children at the Spirit League’s annual ”Pack the Bleachers” event.
