Ned is a graduate of Gonzaga University where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration with concentrations in Entrepreneurship and Marketing. During his time at Gonzaga, he was heavily involved in Gonzaga Outdoors, Gonzaga Investment Club, and Gonzaga Study Abroad. Prior to joining Anchor Point, Ned worked as a Junior Associate at Cushman and Wakefield advising clients on Acquisitions and Dispositions of both Multifamily and Retail Properties. Before starting in Commercial Real Estate, he worked in Software sales for four years where he learned his passion for sales and providing value to his clients. Ned was a three times President’s Club winner. He has a natural knack for connecting with his clients, and providing tailored solutions based on client needs. With the experience and passion Ned has, he is determined to provide his clients with the best client service and brokerage activities to meet their investment goals.
