Lexan Real Estate is a tailored boutique Real Estate firm that provides clients with the personalized commitment and integrity they merit. Lexan was founded in 2004 by Broker & Owner Melissa Lorenzo. The goal is to offer personalized real estate service to home buyers and investors where each client receives exclusive attention while providing them with the sincerity, honesty and ethical approach they require regardless of the value at hand. Properties listed and sold vary from the multi-million dollar residential and commercial real estate price brackets to smaller investment properties under $50K with the same personalized attention and respect each client deserves. This has been the hallmark of her success since its inception.

Melissa is a native of Miami Beach. Lived abroad in Switzerland where she graduated from high school and later moved to Rancho Palos Verdes, CA to attend Marymount College. She completed her education at St.Thomas University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BA and MA in Communications and Minor in English. Melissa is a 2nd generation REALTOR. Her father, a Realtor and investor for over 40 yrs. His invaluable experience has provided her with a plethora of knowledge in RE. Melissa has over 23 yrs experience in sales and as a Mortgage Broker. Her training and background in communications allows her to effectively and efficiently communicate negotiations in RE transactions being fluent in English, Spanish, and conversational French has also been an asset. Melissa started her RE career in 1998 on Miami Beach. First at Gerard Int'l Realty (merged with EWM) and also Wimbish Realty (merged with Coldwell Banker). She became a Broker and establish Lexan Real Estate, LLC in 2004. Lexan's name was created with a combination of her first 2 eldest daughter’s names to create a tailored RE firm that would provide clients with the personalized commitment and integrity they deserve. Her record of properties listed and sold vary from multi-million dollar price bracket to smaller investment homes under 50K with the same personalized attention and respect each client deserves. This has been the hallmark of her success. She also has extensive experience working with investors to purchase and sell investment properties throughout Dade and Broward Counties as well as probate properties. She is always available to listen to all of her customer’s needs, providing them with sincerity, honesty, and an ethical approach.
