Veronica Malolos, CCIM is a commercial real estate executive with more than two decades of experience serving Central Florida. As Founder and CEO of the CapStrata Group of Companies, she has built a reputation for delivering expertise in commercial brokerage, development consulting, and property management. Her extensive knowledge of Osceola County and the broader Central Florida market has made her a trusted advisor to investors, developers, business owners, and municipalities.
She has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, one of the industry's highest credentials for commercial real estate professionals. Veronica is also pursuing the CCIM Development Specialist certification and has completed executive education through the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, further strengthening her leadership and business expertise.
An active leader within the commercial real estate community, Veronica serves as the 2025 Central District President of Florida CCIM and is scheduled to become Florida CCIM State President in 2027. Her leadership reflects a long-standing commitment to advancing professional standards, education, and collaboration throughout the industry.
Beyond her work in real estate, Veronica hosts the "Women Influencers" podcast, where she interviews accomplished women in business and industry. She is passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and promoting greater diversity, inclusion, and leadership opportunities within commercial real estate. Her influence has been recognized by CREi, which named her a Commercial Real Estate Social Media Influencer for three consecutive years.
Veronica has also dedicated significant time to public service. She spent ten years on the Osceola County Planning Commission, including three years as Chair. Her community involvement also includes serving on the Osceola County Board of Adjustments and as Vice Chair and Trustee of the Osceola County Education Foundation Charter School Board.
Together with the CapStrata team, Veronica continues to support the growth of Central Florida through commercial acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, property management, development consulting, and strategic partnerships with local governments, investors, and business owners.
