Tony Hardy is a commercial real estate executive with more than 20 years of experience in brokerage, finance, development, and investment. He advises investors, developers, and business owners on commercial real estate opportunities throughout Illinois and the Midwest. Tony serves as Illinois Market Vice President for Supply Chain Logistics & Manufacturing (SCLM), specializing in industrial, logistics, and manufacturing properties, and as Illinois Market Vice President for My ALF Consultant, where he advises clients in the senior housing sector.
He is also Executive Director and Regional Ambassador for Keller Williams One Chicago Commercial, leading one of the Midwest's most active commercial real estate teams. Throughout his career, Tony has held leadership roles in real estate finance, brokerage, and development, providing expertise in capital solutions, site selection, and strategic investment.
Beyond his professional work, he is an active industry leader, serving with several Chicago real estate organizations and supporting economic development initiatives across the city's South Side.
