Tim graduated from Northeastern University with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering and a minor in Business. Tim spent 3 years with Noribachi, a high-tech LED lighting company, first as Director of Engineering Quality, helping the organization grow revenues from $6M/year upon hiring to $50M/year with plans to go public. He then worked as Sales Engineer for Major Accounts, developing strategic partnerships with multinational corporations to purchase and install complex lighting systems. Tim then joined Amber, working at Amber in receivership, lending, and brokerage roles. He has been integral to each aspect of hotel transactions and operation during his years with Amber, and has worked on a wide range of hotel development and sales. Tim currently resides with his wife in Pacific Palisades.
