About me:

Janelle Fernandez was born and raised in Miami and is passionately enthusiastic about the culture of the Magic City and all of South Florida! Janelle’s entrepreneurial heart lead the way in 2017, when she decided to leave her 15-year career in higher education to pursue her passion for real estate. In just six years, she has closed over 250 transactions, negotiated over 5 million dollars in savings for her clients, and assisted buyers and sellers from 11 countries and 13 states. Janelle holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Marketing. She also holds several real-estate certifications, including the C2X (commitment to excellence) designation from the National Association of Realtors, achieved by only the top agents in the country. She is an active member of her community and dedicates hundreds of hours to public service annually. She also currently sits on the Executive Board of Directors for KidSide -- a non-profit organization that focuses on helping children in high-conflict court cases receive critical protection, advocacy, and counseling. When she’s not selling real estate, Janelle enjoys traveling, exploring new restaurants, and dancing at music festivals around the world.
