Lisa Christianson is a Senior Vice President with years of experience in real estate services across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily property types throughout the country.Lisa has built a reputation for her expertise in serving building owners and occupiers. Lisa has been developing creative marketing strategies and building lasting relationships to help her clients achieve their goals. While much of her work revolves around site selection, financial returns, and real estate strategy, her greatest strength lies in uniting people to create mutually beneficial solutions. Lisa thrives on collaborating with business owners to ensure their commercial real estate aligns with their brand, employees, clients, and overall strategic goals. She also works closely with investors to identify acquisition opportunities and provides strategic guidance on disposition especially as it relates to family estate planning and tax deferral strategies. A serial entrepreneur, Lisa founded her first business in high school, starting an event planning and children’s entertainment company. She later founded The Retail Marketing Group, focusing on marketing shopping malls and neighborhood strip centers. After growing and selling that company in 1996, she transitioned into investment brokerage with Griffin Companies, a Minneapolis-based commercial real estate firm, before founding Christianson & Company in 2001. In 2015, she expanded by co-founding Christianson & Company’s sister company, The Greystone Christianson Group based in Naples, FL. In 2024, Lisa negotiated one of the largest sales in the market, representing Goodwill Industries Inc. in the acquisition of the 100,000-square-foot Energy Park Corporate Center. Enticed by the opportunity to be able to provide her clients with the resources of an international firm, Lisa sold Christianson & Company to Colliers International in 2025, where she continues her successful career as a leading broker and advisor. Lisa’s deep connections across Minnesota, Florida and throughout the country have made her a well-respected influencer in the industry. Expanding her reach to share the stories of people that touch the real estate space, Lisa launched the podcast “People and Places and How We Use Spaces,” where she interviews fascinating individuals, sharing their insights, and inspiring her audience. This venture highlights her passion for educating, empowering, and connecting people. Throughout her career, Lisa has been involved in various small business ventures, offering expertise in marketing and property management. She has managed investment properties, including her own portfolio, providing services such as accounting, leasing, management, acquisition, and disposition.
