Associated with its design and location to the entire Golf & Marina Resort adjacent, we propose developing these areas in an independent and separate manner. Given its location facing the Pan American Highway, the southern border of the parcel adjacent to the Salado River, as well as its direct access to the electrical transmission line and fiber optic cable that runs along the front, it seems more feasible to construct and operate separately. The land is fully titled and free of encumbrances.
DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
We propose uses and buildings to be located within this area. We attach a detail of approved uses that appear in the Land Use Assignment Plan already approved. The attached proposal is duly approved within the uses included in the MIVIOT resolution, the current intention of the owner is to coordinate so that the uses given to these lots are complementary to those developed in the Hacienda Corotú 1 project. Asociado en su diseño y ubicación a todo el Golf&Marina Resort colindante, proponemos desarrollar estas áreas de manera independiente y separada. Con su frente a la Carretera Panamericana, borde sur de la parcela junto al río Salado, así como su acceso directo a la línea de transmisión eléctrica y cableado de fibra óptica que corre por el frente, parece más factible de construir y operar por separado. Terreno está totalmente titulado y libre de cargas.

Se propone usos y edificaciones a ubicar dentro de esta área. Adjuntamos detalle de usos aprobados que figuran en el Plan de Asignación de Usos de Suelo ya aprobado. Las propuesta adjunta se encuentra debidamente aprobada dentro de los usos incluidos en la resolución del MIVIOT, la actual intención del propietario es coordinar que los usos que se den a estos lotes sean complementarios a los desarrollados en el proyecto Hacienda Corotú1
