Associated with its design and location to the entire Golf & Marina Resort adjacent, we propose developing these areas in an independent and separate manner. Given its location facing the Pan American Highway, the southern border of the parcel adjacent to the Salado River, as well as its direct access to the electrical transmission line and fiber optic cable that runs along the front, it seems more feasible to construct and operate separately. The land is fully titled and free of encumbrances. DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL We propose uses and buildings to be located within this area. We attach a detail of approved uses that appear in the Land Use Assignment Plan already approved. The attached proposal is duly approved within the uses included in the MIVIOT resolution, the current intention of the owner is to coordinate so that the uses given to these lots are complementary to those developed in the Hacienda Corotú 1 project.
